“In the back of my mind, I always felt that something was lacking in my other martial arts disciplines.  Were the techniques practical and effective for actual street situations requiring self-defense?  In that type high stress situation, would I even remember which of 8 different ‘knife stab’ defenses to use?  I remember losing a sparring tournament to someone that barely tapped me with a snap round house kick to the body, they scored the point before I could punch their face in; I thought to myself, ‘There’s gotta be something better than this?!?’ Did my research, attended the next available Krav Into session, and I’ve been hooked ever since.” – Russell
