Boot Camp

This was the first Friday or the 3rd day of Bootcamp. Here's a list of some of our entertainment. 15yd Tractor tire flip while waiting your partner is doing pushups, sandbag squats followed by 100yd sprint, 15 yard forward and backward lunge with 20lb bag halos every step. Jumping squats while waiting for your partner to do a 50 yard sandbag drag, 60ft sandbag rope drags while partner is power snatching SUV tires and loading them onto 5+ft high loading dock, pull-ups, jump squats w/45 lb bar and about 1 hour of Thai bag work.
