"I wish I had found this gym 5 Years ago, I like that the people you work out with are all at different levels of fitness and that they Challenge and support you and that has helped to keep me motivated. The routines are never the same. When I first started in January on the 16 week challenge I could only do about 20% of the exercises now I’m up to about 40% of them and by the end of the 16 week challenge hopefully I’ll be at 60% and I plan on staying with them after the 16 weeks. If you are out of shape like I was this is the place you should try."
