Steve: Yes um so why do you choose to do something that's more extreme than just going and working out at the gym?

Lee: Because here you actually learn a skill in addition to becoming strong by lifting weights and the skill you learn is self-defense through Krav Maga.

Steve: Absolutely. What would you say to anybody else who's, I don't know, 40 to 75 who wants to do something like this?

Lee: Come in and have a look more than likely you're not going to like it because it's too rough and too violent for you but if you can handle it you'll never regret it.
